Here’s how you can get to Hastings Pier by foot, rail, and car, along with information about the nearest car park:

By Foot:

Hastings Pier is conveniently located within walking distance of the town center and the seafront. From the town center, head south towards the seafront and follow the promenade eastward. The pier is easily visible and accessible along the coastline. It’s a leisurely stroll with beautiful views of the sea.

By Rail:

If you’re arriving by train, Hastings has a well-connected railway station. From the station, it’s a pleasant walk to the pier. Simply exit the station and follow the signs toward the seafront. As you walk, you’ll pass through the town center and eventually reach the promenade where the pier is located.

By Car:

If you’re driving to Hastings Pier, it’s advisable to use a navigation app or GPS to guide you, the sat nav reference for the Pier is TN34 1JY.

From most directions, you’ll likely approach Hastings via the A259 road. As you get closer to the seafront, follow the signs for the town center and the pier. Please note that during peak tourist times, the town center can become busy, so allow extra time for potential traffic.

The nearest car park to Hastings Pier is the Carlisle Parade Car Park, which is conveniently situated along the seafront. This car park offers easy access to the pier and the surrounding attractions. From the car park, it’s just a short walk to the pier area.
